Nancy holds a Masters degree in Organisation Development, 4 diplomas and certificates in strategic organisation management and leadership, performance management, people and organisations management and Coaching and mentorship. She is a highly accomplished strategy and organisation development professional with more than 35 years of experience leading and managing development programmes in sub-Saharan Africa.
Additionally, she has extensive experience in Strategic Leadership and Management- developing and executing development strategies, policies and programmes; training and facilitating strategic thinking and planning processes, transformation and change management; strengthening governance structures and training in transformational leadership.
She is also highly competent in policy analysis and with a strong rights-based conviction and has led robust advocacy processes that have resulted to change and formulation of various national policies including Special Needs Education policy, inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in the national social protection policies and programs and integration of eye health into Ministry of Health plans and structures.
